Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Collection & Handling Charge
Collections are available between Tuesday and Friday Between 11 am till 5 pm; we will notify you once the goods are ready to collect via email.
Please note we have a handling fee on all collections as we keep items in different warehouses that need to be collected.
PLEASE NOTE This Fee is non-refundable for cancellations or returns.
The Distance Seller regulations do not cover orders that are picked up in person, and there is a 7-day window for returns. Returns requested beyond this 7-day period will not be accepted. If you decide to return the goods without obtaining approval, we are not obligated to return them to you. We will retain the goods for 14 days from the date they are received back and may dispose of them thereafter.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING CARRIAGE COSTS (OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND)
PO BOX or Military basses.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or any military base addresses. Due to our streamlined process, we do not verify each address before shipping. If any items are returned to us, you will be responsible for the return costs and the shipping costs to those facilities. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount, and any remaining funds will be returned to you. If the shipping costs exceed the refund amount, you will be liable for those additional charges.
Please note you are responsible for all Taxes, Duty & charges in your destination Country; this mainly applies to non-EU countries.
As well as the UK mainland, we also ship parts worldwide. All goods sent outside the UK mainland are sent via our courier delivery service, which for stocked items usually takes approx 2-5 days. Delivery costs to countries outside the UK mainland may vary depending on the destination and size/weight of parcels.
We can arrange exports to 100+ Countries; if your country is not listed on the checkout, please email us, and we can add this for you.
We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you have placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
International delivery costs may vary slightly depending on the destination and volumetric weight of your order. The total delivery cost shown is an estimated cost; we will confirm the delivery cost of all worldwide & export orders via e-mail. All national and international orders are shipped from our warehouse based in London, UK, using a guaranteed courier service like DHL, Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
About Volumetric weight?
Sending a large, lightweight shipment where its volumetric (or dimensional) weight exceeds its actual weight. If so, the cost of the shipment will be calculated on the space your consignment takes up on the carrier's mode of transport.
Volumetric weight can be determined by using the following formula:
Length X Width X Hight(cm) ÷ 6000 = Weight (KG)
Please note:
If you fail to pay your import duty or tax, the courier will contact us; we reserve the right to charge you if this is the case.
Please note we can not contact your courier on your behalf.
Once we are in receipt your order, you will be issued an email or contact you confirming stock availability and an estimated delivery/dispatch date for your goods. We ship goods from Monday - Friday; we do not offer a guaranteed next day or a weekend delivery; some delivery offices may still deliver on a Saturday. The vast majority of our goods are dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order.
